If you choose to enroll with BeamElect, you'll have the opportunity to invite members directly into the enrollment experience. From there, members are presented a self-guided and educational experience that collects all the relevant enrollment information in addition to benefit election choices.

Benefits, simplified

We provide examples and educational guidance to help employees understand their options better. We understand that navigating the variety of benefits and options can be both stressful and complicated. That's why with BeamElect, we provide education and real-world examples to help demystify benefits and allow members to make the right choices for their individual circumstances.

Easy elections

Members will initially review employer-paid coverage before exploring additional benefit plans being offered. They can choose to elect into a plan or waive coverage. For some benefit lines, multiple plans may be available, allowing members to compare plans side by side and choose the best option for them.
